Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years acceptable with strong applicable background).
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property staff, onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and performance discussions.
• Drive team toward KPIs, provide feedback, and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Conduct ongoing training for leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition and team-building activities to boost morale.
• Assist in budget prep and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end/year-end financial reports and variance analysis.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and service requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely repairs and service quality.
• Analyze market trends and support marketing with leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
