Anza Management is hosting a job fair for a Community Manager position in Palmdale, CA. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with on-site work and bilingual English/Spanish preference. Requirements include 1+ years of management experience for 100+ units, live on site, valid CA driver's license, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Background checks and screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a community Manager of at least 100+ units.
• Required to live onsite
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• B ilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
