INH Properties is seeking a full-time Community Manager for on-site management of multifamily properties in Minnesota/Iowa, with a focus on occupant stability and resident satisfaction. The role requires a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills and experience with property management, including adherence to Fair Housing laws.

The ideal candidate will oversee leasing, renewals, vendor coordination, and resident relations while handling on-site administrative duties such as

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a managerial or comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Ensure the property is leased to maximum occupancy.
• Office administration duties including rent collection and policy enforcement.
