Job summary

Capital Square Living provides an onsite Assistant Community Manager role in Midlothian, VA. The position co-leads day-to-day operations, supervises staff, and drives activities to achieve budgeted financial and occupancy goals while upholding CS Living policies and applicable laws.

The role emphasizes oversight of rent collection, leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and timely reporting. Onsite work with standard hours and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong management and supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Experience with community management software (preferably Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Co-lead daily operations to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Oversee leasing processes and ensure timely rent collection.
• Manage maintenance teams and coordinate safety and appearance.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports.
