Job summary

Landsman Development Corp in Webster, NY is seeking an energetic Community Manager to lead our onsite team and oversee all site operations within affordable housing settings. The role requires at least five years in property/maintenance management, ARM or CMH, NY Notary within six months, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle a flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in property/maintenance management or related field
• Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) or Certified Manager of Housing (CMH)
• NYS Notary License must be obtained within six months of hire
• Knowledge of Tenant rental Certification System (TRACS)

Responsibilities

• Oversees all site operations and ensures smooth daily management
• Leads onsite team to success and supervises 3–6 staff
• Maintains excellent interpersonal and communication with residents and staff
