Job summary

Heritage Ascent is seeking a Community Manager to support daily coworking operations, member experience, sales, and marketing across locations. You will serve as the primary onsite contact for members and guests while assisting with tours, proposals, and ongoing member engagement.

This role emphasizes responsiveness, organization, and initiative, with opportunities to contribute to events, digital marketing, and business growth across Heritage Ascent locations.

Qualifications

• Strong, professional communication and hospitality focus.
• Able to follow-up with leads, schedule tours, and prepare proposals.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with coworking, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary onsite contact for members, guests, and prospects.
• Coordinate onboarding, access, bookings, and member services.
• Support marketing, social media, content, and lead generation tasks.
• Prepare proposals, conduct tours, and nurture leads through to membership.
• Assist with monthly reporting and SOP improvements.
