Job summary

Yugo is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Austin Waterloo community to oversee daily property operations and assist the General Manager in delivering an exceptional student living experience.

You will manage resident accounts, leases, budgets, and marketing efforts, coordinate with vendors, and lead a team to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and community safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience in university housing is a plus.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage resident accounts including rent collection and deposits.
• Support lease renewals, renewals, and evictions per policy and law.
• Maintain resident records and financial documentation.
