Job summary

Artemis Lifestyles is seeking a part-time onsite janitor in Ocoee, FL to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of HOA or condo common areas. You will clean and sanitize lobbies, clubhouses, restrooms, pool areas, and more, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Florida driver's license, and reliable transportation. Prior janitorial experience is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interior and exterior common areas, including lobbies, fountains, hallways, elevators, clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, pool areas, stairs, landings, access areas, security cameras, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other fixtures.
• Maintain outdoor common areas by removing litter and keeping walkways, entrances, and recreational areas clean.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damage to management promptly.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up community events, as requested.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

Position Overview
