Job summary

Lake Nona Property Holdings, LLC is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain the clubhouse, lodge and surrounding areas. The role covers linen care, bathroom replenishment, dusting, vacuuming and daily cleaning tasks to ensure guest comfort.

Responsibilities include linen management, restocking minibars, and servicing member homes. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, work in hot conditions, and possess a valid Florida driver’s license with English reading/writing ability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Physical stamina for long periods of standing, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, iron and fold linens and towels.
• Replenish supplies in bathrooms and locker rooms.
• Dust pictures, tables, and countertops.
• Vacuum or sweep and mop all areas of building daily.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and locker rooms.
• Clean lodge rooms: change linens, clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers and tubs and vacuum.
• Restock mini bar in lodge rooms, keeping lists of guest consumption.
• Replenish supplies in lodge rooms.
• Clean member homes, performing all duties above.
• Take out trash in all areas.
