Journey Bank in Danville, KY seeks a Lead Community Banking Associate to join on-site at the Danville Community Office. The role supports paying and receiving functions, coordinates staff, and reports to the Assistant Community Office Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of teller experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is 37.5 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

• Ability to operate office machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Hours: Mon-Fri, some Saturdays; 37.5 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all paying, receiving, balancing, and operations are done efficiently and per policy.
• Ensures staff works as part of the customer service team and leverages new business referrals.
• Coordinates staff work with other office positions and departments.
• Prepares related reports for the Assistant Community Office Manager.
• Maintains cash levels and cash management records; balances currency and coin.
• Orders currency and coin; ships extra money; maintains office supplies.
• Balances vault cash daily and supports risk management and regulatory compliance.
