Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an organized and creative Communications Director to lead the Association's communications and media strategy in McKinney, TX. You will oversee digital and print content, branding, and resident-facing messaging across multiple platforms.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage calendars, coordinate programs and events communications, and collaborate with department directors to translate operations into engaging resident communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, media, or related field required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing content across multiple platforms and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Association's communications and media function, including strategy, planning, content development, production, and distribution.
• Develop and manage communications across digital, print, email, website, social media, and publications.
• Coordinate communications calendars and ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
• Manage newsletters, e-blasts, website content, social media, and other publications.
