Job summary

Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks a Community Manager Lead Omnicom Dallas to manage guest and event services, drive space optimization, and ensure timely onsite meetings. You’ll report daily, partner with the client’s management team, and be on-site five days a week.

You will lead a team, coordinate staffing, and handle HR functions while maintaining clear communication. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hotel, corporate or conference center experience.
• Previous conference services management or supervisory experience.
• Basic understanding of AV equipment.
• Ability to lift / move conference furniture and equipment.
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem‑solving/strategizing skills.
• Advanced computer skills and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and assist with HR functions, payroll and development plans.
• Coordinate resources to ensure service areas are staffed.
• Provide proactive, timely and clear communication to team and leadership.
• Ensure space optimization practices and QA checks.
• Set conference rooms configurations (tables, chairs, theater, classroom, boardroom).
• Assist with workplace requests including facilities tickets.
