Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a Downtown Atlanta location. The role focuses on financial administration, tenant relations, and property operations in a Class A office environment with LEED standards.

Onsite work Monday through Friday, reporting to the regional property management team and acting as the POC for tenant requests. Base compensation is around $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience handling AR and AP processes.
• Assist in annual budget and business planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and vouchers.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and tenants.
• Maintain strong tenant relations and monitor maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating tenant delinquencies and prompt payments.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with architects, contractors, and tenants.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to budgets.
• Review insurance certificates for contracts.
• Maintain tenant relations by regular property visits.
• Provide tours of vacant space to prospective tenants.
• Review expense invoices and process vouchers for payment.
• Assist in preparing annual budget and future expense projections.
• Prepare monthly property financial reports for management.
• Oversee work orders and update property website.
• Indirectly supervise building contractors.
