Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews for potential candidates.
• Train or retrain staff as needed.
• Regular employee check-ins to reaffirm expectations and SOP compliance.
• Daily audits of collection team and document audits.
• Lead onsite collection team and resolve conflicts.
• Gather inventory information and place supply orders.
• Manage employee scheduling and coverage needs.
• Build professional rapport with client staff.
• Review and approve timecards and PTO requests.
