Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience working directly with customers or patients.
• Healthcare, criminal justice, or similar field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens.
• Maintain organization of the collection site.
• File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and related paperwork.
• Collect and scan insurance information when applicable.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory at the practice location.
• Communicate client inquiries to Manager or Client Services.
