Job summary

PrairieFire Coffee Roasters is seeking a Field Service Technician (Maintenance) to install and service coffee systems at customer locations. You will test equipment, follow SOPs, and provide outstanding customer service while traveling to sites.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a starting wage of $21.50 per hour and eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install and service coffee systems at customer locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Educate customers on use and maintenance of installed products.
• Document installations and troubleshooting steps.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Operate service vehicles safely.
