Job summary

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment across the United States. Expect two to three site visits daily, working with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and documenting findings clearly.

You should be comfortable with a multimeter, reading diagrams, and handling parts. A company vehicle is provided after training and travel may be involved from home base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or related work).
• Must know your way around a multimeter before day one.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Use multimeter to measure electrical parameters and diagnose faults.
• Read electrical/hydraulic diagrams to isolate issues.
• Identify outlet types and pipe/thread sizes; build adapters as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with care and precision.
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer docs.
• Write detailed service notes with clear findings.
• Track time and manage digital tickets using ServiceTitan.
