Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is hiring a Service Technician to service, install, and refurbish coffee brewing equipment at customer sites nationwide. You’ll perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, train customers on proper use, and ensure accurate service paperwork.

We offer a starting hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00, monthly bonus opportunities, 401(k) with company matching, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a company vehicle where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past Experience is a plus.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on coffee equipment, including maintenance and installations.
• Instruct customers on proper use and respond to inquiries.
• Complete service calls and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain parts inventory for the service vehicle.
• Refurbish and repair coffee equipment for customer sites.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and valid driver’s license.
• Assume route deliveries when needed.
• Maintain and clean the service area.
• Receive, organize, and maintain parts.
