Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to design, develop, and prove out programs for multi-axis machines. You will set up and optimize tooling, fixtures, and processes for high-tolerance parts, with strong emphasis on efficiency and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in CNC programming, live tooling lathe experience and proficiency with GibbsCAM/MasterCAM/Partmaker, SAP ERP, and SolidWorks. This onsite position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and G/M codes.
• Proficiency with CAM software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prove out CNC programs for multi-axis machines.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and programs for new jobs and improve existing tooling.
• Coordinate with engineering and production on new product changes.
• Train operators on programming methods and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per 5S standards.
