Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in New Hartford, CT. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize CNC machinery and related equipment to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, plus experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Okuma, Mazak). Strong reading of blueprints and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree or industrial maintenance training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Okuma, or Mazak preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and related production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Operate CNC equipment to verify machine functionality, diagnose problems, and perform test runs after repairs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and support equipment procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S principles.
