Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to a minimum of 4-8 FTEs across multiple specialties
• Facilitate hiring, corrective action, and performance evaluations
• Train new staff and assess continuing education needs
• Manage staff productivity and quality of work across studies
• Coordinate with department leaders to resolve clinical issues
• Oversee program studies and disease-specific administrative tasks
• Ensure protocol compliance and data collection per SOPs
