Job summary

Arcetyp LLC seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical studies for US Federal Government, military, and commercial clients. Onsite in Okinawa, Japan, you will coordinate data collection, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain study documentation.

Requires 2–4 years CRC monitoring experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, and active security clearance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of CRC monitoring experience.
• Alternative certifications: CCTI, CCRC, or CCRP by ACRP or SoCRA.
• IRB administration experience and monitoring familiarity.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge and clinical monitoring process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in clinical studies, collecting and analyzing data.
• Coordinate data collection from charts, medical records, interviews, questionnaires and tests.
• Assist in guideline development for data collection and study administration.
