Job summary

Care Access in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to screen, enroll, and closely monitor study subjects in accordance with GCPs and regulatory standards.

You will manage data entry, regulatory documents, and site visits while supporting a diverse research team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 3 years CRC experience and recent phlebotomy experience are valued in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 years prior Clinical Research Coordinator experience required.
• Recent phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, and monitor clinical research study subjects per GCP and protocol.
• Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Develop positive relationships with participants and staff.
• Record data accurately and enter in real time in paper or e‑source documents.
• Assist regulatory personnel with completion and filing of regulatory documents.
• Coordinate site visits and onboarding of staff.
