Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support planning, execution, and closeout of FDA-regulated studies in Orange, CA. This onsite role requires evaluating protocol adherence, data collection, and regulatory compliance within CPHS and state requirements.

The CRC will manage participant data, consent processes, and study timelines. Candidates should have 1–3 years of CRC experience, a health sciences bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and proficiency with CTMS/EDC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, biology, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 1-3 years of clinical research coordination experience, primarily in liver/GI/obesity studies.
• Familiarity with California IRB systems and CPHS protocols.
• Experience with FDA-regulated trials and NIH-funded studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Phase I-IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Prepare IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews.
• Develop and maintain study documentation, SOPs, and case report forms.
• Schedule and conduct study visits, collect data, and ensure protocol adherence.
