Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support research studies for US Federal Government, military, and commercial clients. This onsite role is in Okinawa, Japan, and requires a current US secret security clearance.

The successful candidate will handle data collection, documentation, and regulatory tasks across multiple studies. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of CRC experience or appropriate certifications (CCTI/CCRC/CCRP), plus IRB experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years CRC experience in past 5 years or current ACRP/SoCRA certification.
• 2–4 years monitoring experience in a clinical research environment and IRB administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in clinical research studies by performing data collection, documentation, and analysis of clinical data.
• Coordinates data collection from patient charts, medical records, interviews, questionnaires, diagnostic tests and other sources.
• Assists in determining guidelines for data collection and administration of clinical studies.
