Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory sciences required.
• 4+ years of proven experience; hematology experience preferred.
• NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required; ASCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinical lab.
• Collaborate with staff, leadership, physicians and labs to optimize workflow and maintain accreditation.
• Develop personnel goals, coaching and mentoring of staff; maintain training and competency files.
• Review and approve new or revised documents and test methods; ensure SOP adherence.
