Job summary

Cotality is seeking an Onsite Client Account Services & Trainer to empower enterprise clients with hands-on education and coaching. You will bridge clients and internal teams, deliver training, configure solutions, and troubleshoot to maximize value.

Travel to client sites, conduct multi-day workshops, and develop training collateral. This role blends client enablement with technical support, requiring strong communication and teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in technical support, client solutions, enablement, or training.
• Experience configuring enterprise software and troubleshooting web/cloud apps.
• Ability to explain complex tech to non-technical and execs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Willingness to travel to client sites locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate high-impact training sessions, including 1:1 coaching and webinars.
• Lead on-site onboarding, multi-day workshops, and executive relationship building.
• Configure client solutions and assist with product onboarding.
• Serve as liaison between clients and product/engineering teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize training processes.
