Job summary

Cotality is seeking an Onsite Client Account Services & Trainer to empower clients with hands-on training and expert guidance. You’ll lead 1:1 coaching, live webinars, and on-site workshops to maximize product adoption and value.

In this role you will configure client solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams. Travel to client sites is required for multi-day engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, instructional design, education, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in technical support, client solutions, enablement, training, or client-facing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs using 1:1 coaching, live webinars, and workshops.
• Travel to client offices for hands-on onboarding and multi-day workshops.
• Configure enterprise software and integrations to meet client objectives.
• Provide Tier 2/technical support and swift incident resolution.
• Serve as liaison between clients and product/engineering teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive process improvements.
