Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in data analysis or customer-facing role.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts/graphs).
• Experience with ERP systems and ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data-driven persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed mobility services.
• Primary client contact to align service delivery with contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage reporting on deployment status and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate order management and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory and lifecycle management with partners.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Escalate and resolve client issues promptly.
