A busy legal services organization in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Communications & Intake Coordinator. This onsite role involves serving as the first point of contact for clients in a fast-paced litigation support environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume communications, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Salesforce or similar software. The position offers a pay rate of $20-23 per hour based on experience, with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center or legal environment, preferably client-facing.
• Experience handling medical records is an advantage.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
• Conduct intake calls and enter data into Salesforce.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist with pre-litigation investigations and draft correspondence.
• Manage scheduling and ensure accurate case files.
• Maintain a professional rapport with clients.
