Qualifications

6 years experience in IT support.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Expert IT field support and leadership across multiple OS environments.
Advanced mobile device support, deskside tasks, and deployment strategies.
Ability to support TSA staff at international locations.
Experience evaluating service performance, documenting tickets, and improving service delivery.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services for Site W classified systems.
Directs and controls international field support activities to meet technical requirements.
Oversees technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems.
Ensures field engineers complete mandatory and job-related training.
Directs IT Field Services tasks including deskside, mobility, deployment, O&M, and on-site cabling.
