Qualifications

• Experience in claims, insurance, property damage, billing, collections, customer service, or case management preferred.
• Strong investigation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims involving damage to company property and determine responsible parties.
• Pursue claims against responsible third parties to maximize financial recovery.
• Review claim documentation, supporting evidence, invoices, reports, and other relevant information.
• Track and maintain assigned claims throughout the investigation and resolution process.
• Communicate with company personnel, customers, responsible parties, insurance representatives, and outside agencies to facilitate resolution.
• Respond to claim inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, documentation, payments, and recovery requests.
• Research and resolve claim-related discrepancies and billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate records in claims databases and internal systems.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of claims while meeting deadlines.
• Escalate complex or disputed claims to management when appropriate.
