This role will investigate damage claims, research service tickets, gather supporting documentation, determine liability, and assist with accurate invoicing and collections.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and an excellent communicator, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities include researching damage incidents, coordinating with internal teams and locators, obtaining police reports and other documentation, preparing claim and recovery packages, tracking invoices and receivables, and assisting with dispute resolution.
