The firm seeks attorneys with Texas bar admission and a proven civil litigation track record. Expect a demanding docket, client communication, and opportunities for growth within a nationally-reaching firm.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense or related areas.
• Strong discovery, deposition, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active civil litigation docket across Texas.
• Handle insurance defense, personal injury, and related matters.
• Develop litigation strategy and risk assessments.
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for depositions and take part in trial proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with staff.
