Job summary

Ideal candidates will have two years of chiller plant operation experience, a high school diploma, and mechanical aptitude. Safety and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate necessary computer programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years chiller plant operation experience preferred.
• City of Chicago Stationary Engineer’s License required within two years.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification required within two years.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains boilers and chiller systems.
• Observes pressure and temperature meters.
• Troubleshoots equipment associated with boilers and chillers.
