Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Installer to work on-site with customers, setting up and programming Security, Access Controls and CCTV systems. The role includes dismantling and reconstructing equipment as needed, while ensuring safety and clean-up of installation debris.

You will follow schematic wiring diagrams, test system operation, read blueprints, and coordinate with police/fire departments. Candidates should have 3–5 years of electrical/electronic experience and strong customer service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical/electronic equipment experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Responsibilities

• Install devices on-site and dismantle/reconstruct equipment as required
• Follow wiring diagrams and hookup procedures
• Test system operation with the monitoring center
• Read building electrical blueprints and coordinate with authorities
• Mentor junior installers on larger projects
