Griswold Home Care in Montgomery County, PA is seeking an experienced caregiver/home health aide to support clients with complex needs. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities while providing compassionate companionship and safe, quality care.

Requirements include 6+ months of caregiving experience, experience with dementia or challenging behaviors, and a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia or challenging client behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide two professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies.
