Job summary

Bestcare Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Onboarding professional to support hiring and onboarding for Home Care caregivers onsite in Levittown, NY.

The role collaborates with branch staff to recruit and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure pre-hire requirements are met. You will coordinate caregiver training and competency evaluations with the clinical team, using HC Toolkit, HHA Exchange, and HRIS onboarding systems.

Qualifications

Recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Familiarity with federal/state employment and caregiver certification requirements.
Experience in unionized environments.
Experience with HHA Exchange.
Experience using an HRIS onboarding system.
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong communication, facilitation, and organization skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Office staff to recruit caregivers and support staffing needs.
Partner with Branch Office Admin, Compliance Coordinator, and clinical team to screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Coordinate with Branch Office and Clinical Department to schedule required caregiver training.
Coordinate with Branch Office and Clinical Department to schedule competency evaluations for certified HHAs and PCAs.
Ensure completion of all pre-hire requirements and onboarding through HC Toolkit and HHA Exchange.
