Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for in-home care or healthcare settings.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Experience attending employment fairs and building relationships with HHA schools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through community groups, schools, and networks.
• Network, recruit, and attend training schools.
• Advertise and promote the agency to attract candidates.
• Assist applicants with the application process and onboarding.
• Follow up with applicants to convert to employees.
• Collect documents to complete employee onboarding.
• Help meet hiring quotas set by leadership.
• Assist teammates with recruiting activities as needed.
