Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
• Must be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to the community.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce program.
• Assess job seekers’ employment and training needs through testing and interviews.
• Guide job seekers through the preparation of individual employment plans.
• Maintain accurate individual case files for each registered customer.
