The role offers on-site collaboration with partners, with some telecommuting allowed; 80% of work is on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, counseling, or case management.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Experience working with culturally diverse clients.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with common software and online tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management services to registered customers in the One-Stop system.
• Develop and implement Individual Employment Plans (IEP) for clients.
• Assess job seekers' training needs and coach them toward employment.
• Guide clients through intake, eligibility, enrollment, and service planning.
• Enter data into participant information systems and required databases.
• Coordinate with partners and community resources to support clients.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and job clubs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable workforce program regulations.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for enrollments and employment outcomes.
