Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services. This 100% onsite role reports to the WIOA Program Lead and is based at the Memphis, Tennessee location.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Travel is up to 30%, with a competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of community resources.
• MS Word and Excel skills at a minimum, with ability to learn specialized databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to the community and eligible participants.
• Collaborate with Intake Specialist for intake and eligibility determinations.
• Counsel clients on job opportunities, training programs, and services.
