Abbott in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team supporting the Cardiomems group. This onsite role handles patient calls, submits replacement equipment orders, and provides technical support in a high-volume call center environment.

The position offers training and mentoring, with a typical 8AM-5PM, Mon-Fri shift. Prior computer skills and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Computer skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
• Submit orders for replacement equipment.
• Log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot patient issues and protect patient information.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT and field teams.
