UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks a part-time Echocardiography Technician to perform echocardiograms and assess cardiac structures per standards. Onsite only; no hybrid/remote option. Schedule: 40 hours per pay period with day shift.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography program or college degree as listed.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification required.
• BLS healthcare provider certification required; renewals per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews patient history and physician orders; educates patient about procedures.
• Performs echocardiography procedures independently when assigned.
• Selects transducers, adjusts imaging, ensures adequate data for diagnosis.
• Administers contrast media or medications within scope; monitors patient condition.
• Maintains equipment safety, performs QC, and transmits reports.
