Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of healthcare or medical insurance operations experience.
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with university departments to manage enrollment and waivers for student health plans.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of bids for USHIP and optional plans.
• Maintain enrollment and waiver tracking for students.
• Provide day-to-day walk-in and phone support to university stakeholders.
• Assist in billing and provider issues related to insured plans.
• Educate students on current plan design, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and distribute communications related to the student health plan.
