Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking an Onsite Service Account Manager to serve as a key liaison for members, customers, and providers at the Land O' Lakes site. The role focuses on guiding benefits, resolving claims, and supporting wellness initiatives at the worksite.

This full-time, 40-hour-a-week position operates during standard hours, with occasional overtime. The role includes 4 weeks of paid training onsite, opportunities for growth, and the chance to build healthier communities by delivering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct client facing customer service experience and/or account management experience
• Experience with Medical Insurance Terminology
• Knowledge and understanding of claims processing
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Pasco County School District
• Must live within 20 miles of Land O' Lakes
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) 8:00am-5:00pm EST; occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers and/or providers
• Serve as the liaison to a complex customer base to manage first level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Investigate claim and/or customer service issues and communicate resolution to customers
• Provide feedback to team members regarding improvement opportunities
• Work as a member of the client’s Benefits Team
