PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring for on-site Call Center Support Specialists in Whippany, NJ. The role supports patients, physicians, and pharmacies with copay assistance and reimbursement program access.

This temp-to-hire position runs Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:30am to 5pm, 9am to 5:30pm, or 11:30am to 8pm. The pay range is $19–$20.90 per hour, located on-site in Whippany.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment and familiarity with call center metrics is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing is a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians and pharmacies regarding access-to-care and copay programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from patients, physicians and pharmacies to support access to care and copay assistance navigation.
• Provide concierge-level service with clear communication about program information, eligibility and medication access.
• Process claims when needed and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting or claims processing when required.
• Promote medication adherence by explaining program benefits and reducing friction in the prescription journey.
