Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on testing or metrology experience in a technical production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented
• Willingness to learn optics, photometry, and metrology

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans based on product specifications with moderate independence.
• Conduct tests to assess functionality, performance and reliability.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment ensuring accurate results.
• Identify and isolate defects during testing.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot intermediate issues.
• Document and communicate test results clearly to stakeholders.
• Support QA to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Contribute to improvements in testing procedures and methodologies.
• Analyze test data and generate clear reports.
