Job summary

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. seeks a Calibration Technician to support accuracy and reliability of products through hands-on calibration, testing, inspection, and analysis.

This 100% onsite role at Redmond HQ requires performing established procedures, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, optics, or similar education preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on testing or metrology experience in a technical production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain an orderly work environment.
• Willingness to learn optics, photometry, and metrology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook; Access is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, quality-focused, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans based on product specifications with moderate independence.
• Conduct tests to assess functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment for accurate results.
• Identify and isolate defects during testing.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document and communicate test results clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and standards.
• Contribute to improvements in testing procedures and methodologies.
• Analyze test data and generate reports detailing findings.
• Provide input for product improvements based on results.
• Assist junior testers as needed.
