Job summary

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. seeks a Service Center Technician to support servicing, repair, calibration, testing, and quality evaluation of customer and production systems. This onsite role is based at our Redmond, Washington headquarters.

You will coordinate with customers, Sales, Technical Support, Production and other teams, maintain accurate records, and help drive improvements in production, diagnostics, and QA processes. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; AS in Electronics or a technical certification is preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, electromechanical systems, or QA diagnostics.
• Experience with hardware and software-based measurement systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationship management activities related to systems returning to the factory for servicing.
• Prepare instructions for, and perform system quality checks, servicing, repairs, and recalibration activities.
• Maintain accurate production records, workflow documentation, and quality logs.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, instruments, and cleanroom workspaces per established procedures.
• Support Sales strategies by advocating for production priorities and tracking lead times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues with cross-functional collaboration.
